Fragrance....

Summer brings so many wonderful scents, but I am certain that these are what heaven smells like....

Mini-roses, new to my garden this year

Homemade bread... with butter... and our honey...
Hay in any form -- rolls, bales, or stacks
Geraniums that I over Wintered

Never lose an opportunity of seeing anything beautiful,
for beauty is God's handwriting.

  1. Beautiful images, Matty. And that's a wonderful looking loaf of bread. Don't forget the smell of a campfire!

  2. Love your beautiful pictures, almost feel I can smell those roses. I get exited about things like that too; hay, geraniums, wood piles/stacks, clothes on the line in a Summers breeze...the list is unending. So many lovely things to be seen with an open mind. Happy Summer, from Pam in Norway x

  3. So true, Pam and Jane! The smells of childhood are dear, too... real Christmas trees, gingerbread, freshly sharpened pencils.... the list can go on and on! LOL
